Property Review

A review to attract more customers, increase foot fall and provide cost effective solutions to improve the experience for the customer. The service includes;

1.) A full critique of the environment and review of current design and how the customer interacts with the entire asset.

2.) Identifying weak areas that may prohibit customers or visitors from shopping, sales or a positive experience.

3.) Provide a series of solutions that significantly enhance retail capability & customer satisfaction within design suggestions

4.) All areas that the customers come into contact while visiting the business, this includes website, First Impressions, the signage, entrances, roads & access, internal signage, interiors, lighting, flooring, toilets, common areas, seating, key destinations, casual leasing opportunities, food and beverage areas, parents room, and exits and review of the tenancy mix.       

5.) Digital photos of all areas will be included in the report and unbiased commentary by Boom

6.) A full report supplied with digital photos, key observations and recommendations to improve the areas. This report does not include budgets but if this preferred we can supply at additional cost.
