Operation Design Report - Property Review
A review to attract more customers, increase foot fall and provide cost effective solutions to improve the experience for the customer.
· A full critique of the environment and review of current design and how the customer interacts with the entire asset.
· Identifying weak areas that may prohibit customers or visitors from shopping, sales or a positive experience.
· Provide a series of solutions that significantly enhance retail capability & customer satisfaction within design suggestions
· All areas that the customers come into contact while visiting the business, this includes website, First Impressions, the signage, entrances, roads & access, internal signage, interiors, lighting, flooring, toilets, common areas, seating, key destinations, casual leasing opportunities, food and beverage areas, parents room, and exits and review of the tenancy mix.
· Digital photos of all areas will be included in the report and unbiased commentary by Boom
· A full report supplied with digital photos, key observations and recommendations to improve the areas. This report does not include budgets but if this preferred we can supply at additional cost.
